Hey, I was looking at this recipe to use. On step 2, it says to rest out for 4 hours, then it says to put in fridge overnight. Do you have to do both? No bread today bro.Wife and kid are passed the fuck out. So it's time for round three in my attempt to make an acceptable bread product.

My mother in law is siliac. Mrs Beard by extension has some sort of low level gluten sensitivity. Nothing crazy, but she doesn't feel great if she eat something carb heavy, however, when we have sourdough/rye she says she feels a lot better.Make you're own bruh, sourdough has pro an pre biotics in it or some shit.
