For derailing the thread. I have my powers back now, and there is work to be done. I'll catch you gayboys later!

So long!

Next we add in a few splashes of white wine. Let the wine cook down for a bit.

Once the wine has cooked down some add 2 cups heavy cream, and then some freshly shredded parm. Mix that together, then add some more fresh cracked pepper and Italian seasoning. Bring that to a low boil. Stirring often.
Add the pasta to the water.

After it's been brought to a boil turn it down to low and continue to stir. I'll taste it now and add some more salt and pepper if needed. Then toss in the shrimp. Stir it all together.

Wife and kid are passed the fuck out. So it's time for round three in my attempt to make an acceptable bread product.

I'm following this recipe this time.
Extra-Tangy Sourdough Bread

Now apparently I just let it hang out for 4 hours or so, step 1 done.

My sourdough starter, day 3. Smells tangy, almost ammonia-like. How’s yours doing Splinty @Splinty ? We started ours on the same day.

Hey, I was looking at this recipe to use. On step 2, it says to rest out for 4 hours, then it says to put in fridge overnight. Do you have to do both? No bread today bro.

I think it's saying 4 hour on the counter OR 12 hours in the fridge. I think. That's how I read it anyways.

Make you're own bruh, sourdough has pro an pre biotics in it or some shit. And doesn't spike your insulin like stupid white bread.
My mother in law is siliac. Mrs Beard by extension has some sort of low level gluten sensitivity. Nothing crazy, but she doesn't feel great if she eat something carb heavy, however, when we have sourdough/rye she says she feels a lot better.

Twiddling my thumbs a bit today. I made enough fried rice yesterday for lunch today and enough bolognese last night for tonight.

Not making bread today because it's best ate fresh, I might knock up a cake so I can get even more fat.

I still don't know, but I want to extend gratitude that she has found a way to help her condition.
