I don't really do frozen breakfast sandwiches, but I'm a connoisseur of microwaveable forzen pizza snacks. "El Monterey" makes a decent breakfast burrito.

Why would you microwave bacon or sausage? That's just fucken wrong. First you tried to tell me about tomato juice, but now you have outed yourself as an amateur.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is knowing it doesn't belong in a fruit salad.

Now you go fucken think about that for a bit.

My wife really digs it when I put some fresh grated-non-ghetto-not-pregrated-parm into the sauce, so she gets what she wants. Lightens the sauce up a bit and gives a nice color imo.

You shouldn't have crust on meatballs. Technically, you're supposed to cook them in the sauce.
I seal them off to begin with, I don't like them just boiling. I know it's a low simmer, but they're tastier (to me) if I seal them off quickly.

Never done it but pork, beef and veal are the best apparetnly. I've just used pork and beef.

The juice that you do lose (minimal) goes into the sauce.

We like a slight crust. Sometimes I even do them in the smoker. They are great. Takes like an hour. I add a little of the grease to the sauce.
This is a lot of wheel reinventing.

So you eat your pasta with a knife so you can cut your meatballs?

As a Michelin star chef I know a thing or two about balls, and I am familiar with them both ways described here. Either way is acceptable, provided they don't taste like shit. A bad meatball ruins a dish
