@Onetrickpony have you both made sushi together? That would be a load of fun I bet.
Grease up a cupcake pan, layer bacon around the bottom and sides to make a cup shape, crack in and egg (scramble it first if you’d like) then pop it in the oven at 425 for about 15-20 min.
I’ve never made sushi. I hear it’s not too hard but I’ve yet to try it.
Few months back I got some smoked salmon from the store.
At least I thought it was. It was just pure raw slices of salmon. Just mush. Took me a minute to realize.
Raw sashimi grade salmon comes straight from the flying spaghetti monster. It's so good.
It's the family fun involvement that I was thinking about. Really all you need is a sushi rolling mat and the ingredients, not sure what Amazon are doing delivery wise but you could pick up sushi rice vinegar up at most stores.

There’s a buffet place my wife likes that we go too a couple times a year that has sashimi. I massively overindulge on salmon and tuna every time.

First time I've nailed soft boiled in a Scotch egg. I under boiled the first 4 which killed me but all came good in the end.

I've been feeling like shit the last 2 days. The wife unit is making homemade chicken noodle soup using a whole chicken. Smells great.
Corona Chinese sausage fried rice flunch today. Feeling lethargic though, all I've managed to do is beat the eggs. Got beef out of the freezer for bolognese later. Feel like a prize twat suggesting that, I'm sick and tired of dicing carrots.
Actually alright at the moment illness wise. Last week was horrific but I'm better now. Just lazyitis.You got the bug too
