Package of boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut off excess fat)
3 tbsp. Oyster sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 garlic clove, diced
1 green onion
1 tbsp. ginger powder
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1-3 tsp. Sriracha
1tsp soy sauce
Take all that and mix it in a bowl

Toss the chicken with it and put it in the fridge for an hour. Prefer longer. I did not have time tonight.
Take out.
Turn broiler on in the over
Put chicken thighs on a baking sheet top down.
Broil for 5 minutes
Flip them
Broil for 7-9 minutes.
I could/should have done about another minute or two to get some more crispy ends. I did 7 minutes. Another minute would have probably been right.
Take some mix stir fry veggies and heat them with some sesame oil. Season with essentially the same ratio of marinade ingredients. Increase your sugar and/or sriracha to taste for sweeter or spicier.

Serve chicken over veggies and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
~250 calories per serving.
I THINK WE FINALLY MADE GOOD, TOASTERABLE SOURDOUGH BAGELS
We baked at 400 because our oven seems to run hot the bagels are nice and soft and should toast nicely, instead of being too hard like the last ones.
