I'm curious which science is saying kids shouldn't be at school? The regional children's hospital here has advised in favor of kids going back to school because it's what the science dictates.

It's official;
Georgia governor wants more people dead.

Update... he really does.
Is there a possible reality in which this makes any sense?

I have to say, it really makes me happy to know I'm contributing to keeping Texas' positive rate lower than Florida's.

7 new cases in town here. So our active case total has gone from 40 to 80 in the 10 days since mask introduction.

Are you testing more people?
Capacity is the same, they aren't announcing how many tests they do per day. It's normal for a virus to spread as people start to return to normal behavior as far as I'm concerned. That being said discipline has flown out the window with a lot of people. A lot of people seem to think a mask works the way they think a bulletproof vest works.

The numbers would disagree with you.

18 million Americans are currently unemployed who want to be employed. Yet there is only 5.1 million unfilled jobs available currently.
False. For around here anyway.

Over the last month I've probably scheduled 30 interviews. Of those, 11 have shown up for the interview. Of the 6 I hired, 2 showed up for their first day.

I've been hiring for 20+ years, I've never seen anything like it.

‘Around here’ doesn’t represent all of America.

‘Around here’ doesn’t represent all of America.

It's a widespread problem, and if you can't see that you are blinded by your political persuasions. Or maybr you aren't currently a member of the working class.

I have a weekly conference call with company owners across the country. It's a problem everywhere.

I'm talking about real world shit. But you go ahead and keep quoting your bullshit, agenda-driven articles. I'll keep dismissing them because you obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

There was nothing misconstrued about what McEnany said. She literally said "the science cannot stand in the way of this [schools reopening]."

She then goes on to reference other countries that are opening schools, none of which have 75,000 new cases a day like us, and then she references a study that has nothing to do with the reopening of schools.

She made a really stupid fucking comment and is getting rightly crucified for it.
