I'm about to cook a pizza. I'm drunk and guessing that I'll pass out before it's cooked and will be charcoal when I wake up in the morning (lol, it's 3:24am here, so more like 3:24pm before I wake up from my coma). I love pizza.
That pizza still cooking?

These are the best quick chicken tacos in the business.

I buy a rotisserie (Costco) and slap it in the pressure cooker.

I add this Goya marinade (it’s like citrus and herbs)

And leave it to cook on low pressure for like 25 minutes (I have one of those Instant Pot jobs). Pressure cooking it pumps the marinade all through the chicken. It’s a quick way to get flavour and moisture all through the chicken. When it’s done, I shred it all up with a couple forks.

Boom! You’ve got the best shredded chicken in Southern Ontario.
Get some pickled jalapeños, cilantro, cheese, and Tapatio...

Ohhhh

nice
I need to learn the ways to cook middle eastern food.

Then I will run a restaurant featuring said food later in life...only one good lebanese/middle eastern place in this town.

Assuming it goes well.

I am actually quite an amazing cook...but I take forever and the food is usually done when everybody else is going to bed.

Gonna try a new middle eastern recipe every week now...good hobby I figure...Suggest a recipe/dish for me sometime.

Ok I will go take a pic

I'm so bad at pics

Its already in the dutch oven, I will pull it for a before cooked photo.

edit...just took the pic

dutch oven is so heavy it bends the oven rack so I have to rig the lower rack to help support the top one

Dutch oven might be like 20 lbs and 6 lbs of meat onions and spices in there now...26 lbs is pushing rack limit everytime we try it.
