I said the headline was bullshit, no-one is going to "cut poverty in half", that's literally unbelievable.

Nope, just as bullshit.

It's like when an insurance company says that you "could save over £565!!!", you know that's not going to happen.

When has any politician anywhere implemented a change that halves poverty? I maintain that such a change is not feasible.

I mean, I cut my homeowners insurance in half for the same protection.
