Speaking of headaches, I have a massive one right now from trimming the slurpee syrup. It's half OG #18 genetics, and back in '09ish when that first hit the market, I remember it making me feel nausea. Thank god this is a dry trim right now because it's easily the OG #18 that's giving me the headache.

Funny story:
So I'm hanging with some friends and one shows up with the dirtiest brick weed I'd seen in a while. I think I was 18 at the time. I am talking some serious shit on the quality, and everyone else is chiming in. None of us had any weed, so after talking tons of shit, we all smoked it. The high was fast and intense, and it was absolutely laced with opium. We labeled it the opi-mex. The source for this shit was around all summer and it was hilarious packing people bowls with it and just watching their reactions. Price was about $40 a 1/4 and my sources at the time were not reliable, so that summer I certainly purchased more than my fair share of it.

There is the culprit for my headache. taking a break trimming until tomorrow night. No idea what terps are doing this to me but it's literally never happened with any other strain other than the og #18, and even though this cross is only half of #18, it's absolutely og #18 dominant based on the smell. If I did a wet trim on these plants I'd probably be much worse off. The trim job on these two will be far worse than the other plants s8nce I just want to get through them. Oh well, that's what friends get for free weed. That can clean it up themselves.

I would still pick HLG for a couple reasons. They are growers. They test their lights and have the best numbers. Best customer service by far. I don't make money on these lights but I run a growers chat for one of the owners so I do have that connection. I have their 550s but they are using a different driver to push a lil more out of them now and call them 600s. I'll probably get the scorpion next because it needs less height to run. I'm in my basement. There are other good lights out there but nothing I've seen touches HLG for the price and service. Cheers!

It's a limited release from Crockett Family Farms with Banana Sherbert x OG #18. Last year Crockett was acquired by DNA, so they are now in the DNA and Reserva Privada family. I also picked up their Snow Cone which was Banana Sherbert x Tahoe, but the two I grew out didn't resemble Tahoe at all. Very OG structures, just didn't get that lemon pledge and kerosene smell, not even a hint of it. The Slurpee Syrups I grew out where absolutely OG 18 dominant.
