We just had an internal review that had to admit that while we are trying hard, we are just not quite as good at committing war crimes as the Yanks and the Brits.

It's a national scandal. People are demanding that we improve our war crime game.

I didn't post that quote to justify anything. I posted that quote to give context to why it appears we have a marine corp... I still see it short of propaganda, but does appear to lack significant objective reasoning beyond wanting one

It actually was. The official story had to have specific details in it due to the nature of secrecy and government contracts. Source: The guy who's record it is.
