Nah, the smartest thing to do right now is just sit back and watch it burn if you're China/Russia/Iran.

I know you are saying to do it via proxy, but the proxy can be traced back. Outside threats cause people to circle the wagons.

Better to just let the country rip itself apart. Then you can start agitating again once it starts to pick up the pieces.
