You feel better now? That is what I was wondering about.

I wasn't expecting to know anybody with a bad reaction but the Dr we know is all swole up in his head...that is kinda scary.
Other person I know got a flu like symptoms kinda like you the day afterwards
serious question.

what do you fear the most about the vaccines?

I don't want them mandated.

A human can live a long and healthy life without Big Pharma telling you what to put into your bloodstream.

I also know a few people that have had a bad reaction to their children or themselves...A good family friend got bells palsy from flu shot 3 years back(he has since recovered thankfully).

If people want to get a bunch of vaccines then that is perfectly fine with me...get em monthly if you want.

ok. But that doesn’t answer the question. You are arguing a different point.

What do you actually fear the vaccines will do in a negative sense?

Yeah. I got my shot on a Wednesday and was deep in the shit until Monday. Tuesday was better but I still wasn't 100%. Mild fever, chills, migraine were all gone by day 3. Nausea, brain fog, and just having no energy lasted in some degree until day 6 or 7. Luckily I never had the GI issues that some people have but

I wasn't shocked since I have sketchy reactions to most vaccines but I was still surprised at how shitty I felt for so long.

I'm not arguing, just typing and expressing

To me bad reactions are enough of a negative, don't fix what ain't broke(in my case)

You speak "vaccines" like I have an opinion formed about all of them...I do not have an opinion on all of them
Vaccine by Vaccine basis here, not strict "anti vaxx" here(I am anti forced vax)...I have received vaccines in my life, my body has been poked and injected with all types of stuff.

mRNA is a new type of vaccine, it deserves scrutiny IMO

I have no issues with people getting it at all, people can choose what they want to put into their bodies.

fait enough mate, I’m not trying to catch you out.

but you do post in a manner that is supremely skeptical about the covid vaccines.

im just asking questions what you think is the worst case example.

we‘ve had 3 million over here. Doesn’t seem to be a problem. I am slightly concerned the variants from Brazil and South Africa May have a strain that is evolving away from them helping but that’s just media conjecture as it stands.

you say scrutiny. It was scrutinised.

what worries you about it?

are you thinking Thalidomide?

I am skeptical of all reactions/mandates/changes that have been associated with Covid...that is where my main skepticism lies...some of this stuff simply doesn't add up

I wouldn't get to worked up over variants and "new more deadly/contagious strains"...most of that is media masturbation IMO(no offense I know you work in media)

I don't think it has been properly scrutinized or tested...it is admittedly "rushed.

No idea what thalidomide is? seriously

I only wish you and every human the freedom of choice.

last time. What concerns you?

it has been rushed, but it’s been tested like no other vaccine ever. Every lab in the world has stopped everything and concentrated on this. I genuinely hope we learn from this and realise that actually we can cure anything if we put our minds to it.

even cancer.

what is your concern?

I have said it all in the posts above...re-read for clarity the last two posts of mine if you must

I hope they can cure everything with new technologies also...with consent of the human of course

The restaurants here switched to outside dining which was still allowed. Most just used the area right in front of their bar/restaurant to set up huge tents. I guess the theory was open air gatherings were better.

But then Fall and Winter hit and side walls were put on the tents to keep the patrons warm.

So now we had outdoor dining that was basically indoor dining...outdoors.

Post-COVID lungs worse than the worst smokers' lungs, surgeon says

"Everyone's just so worried about the mortality thing and that's terrible and it's awful," she told CBS Dallas. "But man, for all the survivors and the people who have tested positive this is -- it's going to be a problem."

She's treated thousands of patients since March.

Bankhead-Kendall, an assistant professor of surgery with Texas Tech University, in Lubbock, says patients who've had COVID-19 symptoms show a severe chest X-ray every time, and those who were asymptomatic show a severe chest X-ray 70 to 80% of the time.

"There are still people who say 'I'm fine. I don't have any issues,' and you pull up their chest X-ray and they absolutely have a bad chest X-ray," she said.

So out of all of the Drs and nurses I know that have had the vaccine only 2 other people have had the rough effects that I had.

Nevertheless, I'm getting my second shot next Friday before I fly out to Seattle that Sunday.
Just in our dept, we had 7 call outs from work after the second shot.

Keep us updated on yours. Sending good vibes your way.

So is it permanent or temporary?
Or unknown?

She said it's too early to know the extent of COVID-19's impact on your body or if the scarring will heal, but it's important that if you're experiencing shortness of breath after your COVID-19 goes away, you stay in touch with your primary care doctor.

She adds, "There is no long-term implication of a vaccine that could ever be as bad as the long-term implications of COVID."

Most people get short of breath walking from the couch to the fridge to get a beer.

This should be fun.

Dad lives in a "senior development", everyone is over 55. His neighbor and wife (call them D&D) both have pacemakers, obese, really rich. They went on a tour of SE Asia (Korea, Cambodia, etc) in May of last year. That was after they went on a cruise in March. They've been trying to host weekly "golf socials" for all the golfing couples, tried to have a big Xmas Eve party but no one wanted to go, then they had their big New Years Eve shindig.

They both got sick, so did the neighbor across the street who went to their party. That neighbor has been laid up for a week, no energy, really struggling. D&D are doing great. D&D got Remdesvr, because 'they have pacemakers, so they're high risk'.

I'm so disgusted I can't even put it in words.

Here in California they first banned indoor dining and they started doing the same as where you're at, setting up spaces in front and then adding tents. Then they eased a bit and started allowing some indoor dining then changed their minds and banned it again making everyone go outside again. Right before the weather got cold businesses were rolling the dice on purchasing expensive heaters for the outdoor dining. Most recently they banned outdoor dining too but restaurants are now basically saying fuck off and still serving people outside.

This is why the movement to recall our Governor Gavin "Any Twosome" Newsom is gaining steam and might get enough signatures to get put to a vote. The last time this happened is when Arnold became Governor but that was a whole different time and would ever happen now eventhough Arnold is a straight up fake Republican Cuck now...

The RINO "Republican" Mayor of San Diego is talking about running against him if the recall happens but he doesn't stand a chance. Only another Democrat could have a shot if the recall even passes...

If somebody went to a party and got sick that is on them isn't it?

Did your dad go to the party or something?

my issue is that the people who are living like there's no risk got the $$Treatment$$ because they're "high-risk"
You did mention they are super rich.

Rich folk live by different rules as we know.

Covid treatments are all over the place and often make zero sense at all.

Everyone pull up a chair, a jetboat owner is about to give medical advice.
I'm not giving any advice

Some people get sent home and told they will be fine and others get various treatments

I merely speculate that D&D got what they asked for because of their wealth

If you put me on ignore then you won't have to shit up the forum with your stalking and childish insults
