We are not required to use winter-tires, but if there are winter conditions and you have an accident with summer tires, the insurance will show you the big middle finger.

Haha.Looking at the local news and it appears that we’re part of a rolling blackout to protect the integrity of the power grid, and “it’s taking longer than expected to fix”. It was apparently supposed to only be 45 min, but it’s been over 6 hours now and no telling when it’ll be back
