It's all ice here. I just heard a big branch break off a tree. Trees were all bending over, when I went to see if the branch hit anyone, or thing.
That shit gets dangerous.

It's not, luckily. I'm not going anywhere until this shit melts. I haven't heard any traffic, and I live right in town.

Yea, power has been up and down all night, so the heater is bringing the temp up fairly quickly. I got the fire going again so that will help too.
I've checked on my neighbors, so far so good.

As cold as Alaska right now and 4.4 million with no power. Nearly all of them currently losing their water as pipes freeze. No power, no water soon or already for many. Really bad.
