So what would you call these people?

Woman (5)

They are all XY by birth. No mixup.
They have vaginas and breasts.
Should they be called men? Brothers? Live as men? Live as women? Whatever they want?

Are we snowflakes to find it rude to call them men based on chromosome if they are otherwise externally identical to every other female?
If they have wombs and are capable of giving birth (capable doesn't matter, if they are equipped) I would say they are women.

They don't have wombs. Answer what I do with them.

XX are sometimes born without wombs as well.
What do I do with them? Are they men now despite being XX?

No. I told you. They have vaginas and breasts. They have feminine features. Externally they are every bit the exact same are more feminine than others. They just have XY chromosomes.
Like the runner castor?

I have known transgendered individuals. None of the ones I've met would choose to be the way they are if they had the opportunity to do so. I feel very, very bad for them and what they must have to go through on a daily basis.

So yeah, I tend to believe there are more than two genders.

What are they then?

Me too.
They look like women and want to live as women (because their brain says they are women) but they have XY chromosomes.
This flies in the face of your absolutes that man = XY and women = XX.
Forcing them to live as their chromosome would seem arbitrary, harmful, and against their own wishes/brain impulses to me.

on the other hand SongExotic2 @SongExotic2 what should I do with them if their XY chromosome did something to their brain and they feel as a man? they want to dress a man and hate their large breasts? Should they do so? Be told to live as women? Is a mastectomy mutilation?

I mean, their chromosome is there. They are biologically male.

Much easier to just yell about the platitudes than consider the intricacies of your position in a faux culture war?
You're not out of the snowflake war. You've just picked one side of outrage.

So far, I was right:
Most of your, and other peoples, problems with transgendered people have to do with non-transgendered people on social media as well as culture war positions and policy issues.

This is a birth defect. An abnormality. And non applicable with 99 percent of transgender cases.

Where's my crocodile ??

It's rare, like transgendered people. The question is what you do in response to it?

It also wonderfully illustrates a natural position of someone who's body doesn't match their chromosome and you'd choose their body and appearance and their choice as their gender instead of labeling them as a man.

So far your line seems to be "okay, they are passable, so I'll let them be a woman despite them having XY (male) chromosomes". This is actually a really common line for society on transgender people too.

A passable transgendered woman or man would be ostracized from their chromosome assigned bathroom.

One is a physical biological defect. The other is a mental health illness. I could understand folks in this scenario would have some issues with gender, how couldn't you?

On the other hand, it would be a cold day in hell, before you can convince me that this well spoken writer and journalist doesn't have mental health issues.
