If they have wombs and are capable of giving birth (capable doesn't matter, if they are equipped) I would say they are women.So what would you call these people?

I have known transgendered individuals. None of the ones I've met would choose to be the way they are if they had the opportunity to do so. I feel very, very bad for them and what they must have to go through on a daily basis.

They look like women and want to live as women (because their brain says they are women) but they have XY chromosomes.
This flies in the face of your absolutes that man = XY and women = XX.
Forcing them to live as their chromosome would seem arbitrary, harmful, and against their own wishes/brain impulses to me.

It's rare, like transgendered people. The question is what you do in response to it?
It also wonderfully illustrates a natural position of someone who's body doesn't match their chromosome and you'd choose their body and appearance and their choice as their gender instead of labeling them as a man.
So far your line seems to be "okay, they are passable, so I'll let them be a woman despite them having XY (male) chromosomes". This is actually a really common line for society on transgender people too.
A passable transgendered woman or man would be ostracized from their chromosome assigned bathroom.
One is a physical biological defect. The other is a mental health illness. I could understand folks in this scenario would have some issues with gender, how couldn't you?
On the other hand, it would be a cold day in hell, before you can convince me that this well spoken writer and journalist doesn't have mental health issues.
