The fantasy that we elect a president that puts America first? Why is that a bad thing?
You seriously still think that Trump gives a single fuck about America?

Why?

Give us one single thing that he has done in his entire life that was not purely selfishly motivated by a desire for attention, money or (more likely) both.

I think his policies were better for the average American than Biden. I don't know if he gives a single fuck about America. I will say this about the fantasy. I don't know if there was enough election fraud to "steal" the presidency, but I don't think it hurts to look into it. If there was, then I say we do something about it. That's not right to have a president in office that cheated a majority of Americans out of their votes and put in place policy that most do not agree with and does not benefit them. However, if there was not enough election fraud to "steal" the election, then trump and co need to shut the fuck up and go away. I'm not sure how this can be a disagreeable viewpoint by anyone.

Reality just means nothing at all to you clowns, does it. Except as an obstacle to be overcome with braindead memes, of course.

What exactly is so upsetting about double checking election results? If there was no cheating, you should be fully behind the movement so you can rub it in all of their faces.

Look up "Four Seasons Landscaping".

??
Easily the most amazing part of the 2020 election.
2016 will forever be my opium dragon I will chase to the end of time. But 2020 four seasons conference was a bright spot in an otherwise incredibly dumb election full of qanon idiots.

Like spending months pretending that corona doesn't exist or isn't a problem, leading to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of his citizens?

What do you think Trump knows about policy, anyway? He doesn't give a fuck about policy, he gives a fuck about seeing his face on the TV and his name in the paper. You think he has a clue about policy? Why?

I don't know if he gives a single fuck about America. I will say this about the fantasy. I don't know if there was enough election fraud to "steal" the presidency, but I don't think it hurts to look into it.
It's been looked into. The election was eight months ago, ffs. The Trump campaign's own lawyers aren't even alleging fraud in court, because there are professional consequences for deliberately lying to judges.

Don't believe me?

The Department of Homeland Security (that noted bunch of tree-hugging, woke AOC fans) audited the election and found no fraud and no hint of fraud.

The NYT called top election officials in every state. Every single one of them went on record to say that the election went off fine.

The Trump campaign lost over 50 consecutive lawsuits, and its lawyers don't even claim fraud any more. Because they can't just keep pushing lies, and expect to keep their law license.

And Trump's top "massive fraud, stop the steal!" spokesperson was sued by Dominion, who makes the voting machines that she said were programmed to switch votes from Trump to Biden. They sued her, and her lawyers stood up in court and said that, quote, "no reasonable person would conclude that these statements were statements of fact."

That's her own lawyers. That's her defence in court. That no-one living in reality would believe any of her shit.

This is the garbage that the right wing has been spamming for most of a year now.

If there was, then I say we do something about it.
Well, there's not.

And the MAGA personality cult DID "do something about it", remember?

They violently stormed the Capitol building.

Now their lawyers are standing up in court, literally pleading that their clients are too stupid and gullible to be severely punished for storming the Capitol. That's their legal defence. That their brains were rotted by months of nonstop lies.

However, if there was not enough election fraud to "steal" the election, then trump and co need to shut the fuck up and go away. I'm not sure how this can be a disagreeable viewpoint by anyone.
There is no fraud. There never was. Reality matters. ?

There is a story in politics, commonly attributed to Lyndon B. Johnson, about how LBJ wanted to circulate a rumor attacking his opponent in a Texas election. Johnson is said to have wanted to spread the story that his opponent liked to have sex with barnyard animals. One of LBJ's aides said, "We can't prove he's a pig fucker."

"I know that," replied Johnson. "I just want to hear him deny it."

Because like someone arguing with you in bad faith, the audits, investigations, court cases (all of which turned up nothing and were thrown out) are not intended to actually critically evaluate the election. We already do that. We also already have multiple third parties doing that. The point of all of that is to sew doubt against the electoral process itself, not just the results of this one election.
With that in mind, it pisses a lot of people off that just to keep future political aspirations alive and galvanize a voting populace for the midterms, elected officials push false information to manipulate them. It's undemocratic anti-American propaganda for personal political party gain.

When Trump, Giuliani et al were making tons of false claims, what was the punishment for when they were proven false?
It's one thing to say "okay lets see what shakes out of these accusations". I get that. But where is the condemnation, political exile, etc for those people proven to be lying and simply launching completely false accusations for their own ends?

Exactly.

Fucking exactly.

It's so fucking depressing that reality means absolutely NOTHING to these braindead cunts. In fact, it's like they know that reality is their enemy and its presence must never be acknowledged, ever.

Months and months of this braindead shit, absolutely NO wins at any point for them, judges tossed dozens of frivolous lawsuits out of court, Trump's own lawyers refusing to claim fraud in open court because they know they'll be sanctioned for lying to a judge....... and eight months later, we STILL have to put up with simpletons constantly spamming bullshit. Just a sad, shit state of affairs.

And I still have to listen to posts about Hunter Bidens laptop and child porn that never showed up in actual reporting or investigations with zero acknowledgement at that it was all bullshit smoke screen.
But there again, Guiliani on board. Where's the condemnation for being manipulated?

I'd be pissed.
