Here is otaku1's (in)famous
SPANISH CHICKEN CASSEROLE
You need :
1-1/2lbs of small baby potatoes or potato chopped in small pieces
3 large size chicken breasts
1/2lb chorizo mild or hot ( Portuguese dried sausage)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp oregano
Salt-pepper
3 cups/750ml tomato sauce (basil or marinara)
Preheat oven at 375.
Put e chicken, potatoes and chorizo in a large pan (see picture) and mix everything.
Put the oil and paprika and oregano on top of everything evenly. Mix again to make sure everything is coated.
Add some more of the spices if not enough.
Pinch of salt. Pepper generously the whole thing.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove off the oven and add the sauce evenly so that it covers everything.
Put back in the oven for extra 15 minutes or until everything is cooked.
Voila.

Ps : add more paprika for a great smoky flavour. Also, potatoes tend to take longer to cook so chop them in small pieces even if they're baby potatoes. Also very delicious with boneless chicken thighs.

I hear ya dude. Hell, I dont even hunt and a deep freeze is a must for our family. When we upgraded to stainless appliances, I also stuck the old fridge in the garage, for even more space. Seems like we never had enough room for pizzas, meats, and other stuff. The only reason I don't hunt elk is because I don't have the freezer space. It sucks even more this year because my siblings and I are buying my parents a new freezer for Christmas since theirs is older than I am and anytime I try to pry some info on what they want without being obvious out of my Dad all he talks about is all of the animal meat he wants to store in it. I hear ya, that's one of the reasons I tend to stick to small game. I've got the meat from 2 ducks and 2 geese in our freezer now, but I had to turn down a whole bunch more geese (no possession limit here on Canada Geese for those who may be wondering) I have a friend who wants to take me out archery hunting for deer in the next few weeks. If his family is elk hunting (and it sounds like they are) You're looking at about 500 lbs of meat from one animal.
Moose and deer jerky, carrots sticks and green pepper, avocado, a can of tuna, yogurt, almonds. I ate a little of all of that except I ate the whole avocado, the seed was as big as a baseball though. That avocado fucked me.
