You are just wrong.

No offence. But you have a very small grasp on global politics.

You are a tryer. And I like that. But you are also dim. I can only tolerate that so long.
I think you are correct. His grasp of politics is very shallow. Notice that he never, ever references historical context or specific legislation. He whines about the media being partisan, you bring up the Fairness Doctrine and he has no clue. And if you disagree with him on anything, he won't defend his stance by expanding on it. Instead, it's straight into the bitchy high school girl shit.

but aren't "cases" now just a positive test, where before it was a positive test and present at a hospital for symptoms?
no
cases didn't even need a positive test at times

I was reading "Presumed Cases" for months here
Let us not forget where we started this exchange^^^

I posted that I had read "presumed"

If you want to talk about over or under reporting of deaths then that is a separate discussion.

First acknowledge that cases and deaths were presumed and didn't require a positive test...then we can move on.
You asked the question and I answered it.

no one is denying that some cases were presumed, they didn't test everyone.

I pointed out that some states weren't even counting "presumed".

Rambo John J @Freedom

^ it's called excess mortality. It's data.
excess mortality does not equal 100% covid deaths

You know this, millions of people stopped getting treatments and going to their healthcare, not to mention stress and fear and the effects they have on people's health

Just wanted see how you reacted to calling yourself an asshole haha

You asked for a source about presumed deaths...and you got one...can you acknowledge that?

I understand that.
Some states weren't doing it.

Some states were, I live in one and spoke to my experience.

When you look at the idiots criticizing mask mandates or vaccines, it really is amazing how they all became virologists in such a short time span.
Researchers Identify Groups Hesitant About COVID-19 Vaccine

The largest decrease in hesitancy between January and May by education group was in those with a high school education or less. Hesitancy held constant in the most educated group (those with a Ph.D.); by May Ph.D.’s were the most hesitant group. While vaccine hesitancy decreased across virtually all racial groups, Blacks and Pacific Islanders had the largest decreases, joining Hispanics and Asians at having lower vaccine hesitancy than whites in May.

i think it's an ad hominem...he's attacking the person making the argument instead of any points of the argument.
Fair point. I make the observation on the larger picture talking point I'm hearing. When obvious flaws in public policy are pointed out they're met with "Well, I'm not a *insert science discipline* so I just take their word for it." Any pressing beyond that immediately results in an appeal to emotion.

Address it if you want.

It obviously isn't curing anything.
I told you to knock it off with the fake nice guy shit. I see right through it and know you're full of shit, as does most of this forum.

About 97 percent of those infected have mild or no symptoms,” Knútsdóttir added. This latter statistic is not taken into consideration by the alarmist posts on social media.
