Judging by the flack I got in the other thread....there's just a lot of people with repressed rage. But I am impressed by how quickly a moderator got on that and defused things by removing the insults.
This is why I hate the other place.

I have my son and my boyfriend's son to care for every day after work since he works nights.

Recently my wife and I had a role reversal, we decided she was going I stay home with the kids 4 and 1 well I was laid off and she got a chance at her part time job which pays her really well to go back full time. It lasted 9 weeks and it was tough, I love my boys I love them more than anything but sometimes, sometimes!!
I am always very calm and patient with them but as soon as my wife would get home I would just to stand in the trees behind our house for about 15-20 minutes I would be so frustrated some days.
I get it, I freaking get it now. It's not easy at al, it's full time literally, I couldn't even take a shit with out them. It was really a great experience let me know just what she does every day.
She still worked weekend mornings but now I know what I'm getting, I just try to keep that 8 hours full of activities.

I think this is because you tried to enforce what you could call a rule within the discussion, by asking for nothing but a YES/NO answer on that topic only serves you and not the discussion. You can play the victim but thats not how I read the discussion and the flake you got was deserved for trying to enforce this.
