I don't mean to put too fine a point on it, but this is an excessive reaction. We frequently deal with governments as bad or worse that no one gives a fuck about.
I agree that it does seem like an overreaction.
However.
There are thousands of religions and cultures throughout the world, and I respect them all. I give them a lot of leeway and try to understand things from their perspective.
But there's a limit to how far I'll go to accommodate that leeway, and the Taliban reached it two decades ago. Hell, on their treatment of women alone that makes them expendable.
"Taliban" is not discrete. It's a continuum of "Stop Blowing Up Our Schools" to "I Want To Blow Myself Up In Your School".
Let's kill the Taliban AND the Imperialists.
