When Trump was in power abortion bills were because of Trump. But when Biden is power they aren't because of Biden. That standard has to be applied equally or not at all.

Biden is the leader of the Democrats, which is the pro-choice party. He has nothing to do with Republican politics in Texas.

So the court agreed that banning abortion at 6 weeks violates the law. However, because the enforcement of this is civil and essentially deputized citizens to enforce this via civil penalty, removing the state, then three is no criminal violation of precedent.

This is nuts.
So essentially any state and circumvent rules against state power from the feds by simply assigning enforcement to private individuals.

Can I sue you if you arent vaccinated in California now?
This is primed for legal disaster when other states follow suit.
