According to the article:

That's not an endorsement of the legislation, I have many different opinions on abortion that would likely seem hypocritical, but this is being framed by some people dishonestly.

Interestingly, this isn't the first legislation of it's kind to pop up over the last couple years, this is however the first time it isn't being attributed to the president...
Why would this legislation be laid at Biden's door, exactly?

What are you talking about?
"this isn't the first legislation of it's kind to pop up over the last couple years, this is however the first time it isn't being attributed to the president..."

Biden is the President......... do you agree? Have to confirm these days, you know...... because both sides of the partisan divide are equally detached from reality, and all.......

You'll have to forgive me, but I don't remember the conversation that was being had from 3 months ago.

You didn't have to remember it. It was in the quoted post, complete, full and contained.

Why would this Texas state GOP-introduced legislation be attributed to Biden? What was the thinking or rationale behind that comment - who would you expect to blame Biden for this legislation, exactly?

When Trump was in power abortion bills were because of Trump. But when Biden is power they aren't because of Biden. That standard has to be applied equally or not at all.

Trump is the leader of the GOP, which is the anti-abortion party. Therefore, when the GOP introduces anti-abortion legislation, that can be said to come under his umbrella.

Biden is the leader of the Democrats, which is the pro-choice party. He has nothing to do with Republican politics in Texas.

Who would attribute this state-level, Republican-authored pro-life legislation to the federal level, pro-choice Democrat President?

What were you trying to say, exactly?

What I was trying to say is in the quoted post. You saying "Look, I'm inconsistent too!" doesn't negate the point. It's there in plain English, you just don't like what you're reading.

Say I'm a pro-choice Biden supporter.

I don't like the look of this state-level legislation being introduced by the Texas GOP.

What does my complaint about Biden look like?

Where did he fail on this, exactly?

And who is laying it at his feet? You said, quote, "this isn't the first legislation of its kind to pop up over the last couple of years", but that it is, quote, "the first time it isn't being attributed to the President".

What did you mean by that, exactly? Can you explain your statement?

I've already explained it to you at least twice, Wile E.
Could you point out your explanations, please.

Was it when you said that a GOP President would be generally expected to support GOP-introduced legislation, as a general rule? You don't see the difference between Trump (or any Republican President) and Biden (or any Democrat President) when the state-level Republican Party introduces a controversial partisan abortion bill?

What does this legislation have to do with Biden, and who would lay it at his feet, and why?

You either attribute state legislation to the president, or you don't. The end.

You either attribute state legislation to the president, or you don't. The end.
And you don't, especially when it's introduced by the opposite party. Because why would you. What the hell does Biden in Washington have to do with bills introduced by the state-level GOP in Austin, and signed by the Republican Governor of Texas? Nothing, is the answer. Where did Biden fail here? He didn't, because this has nothing to do with him, which is why - contrary to your statement - absolutely nobody is laying this at his door.

So what's your point? You don't appear to have one, which is why you're dodging and dancing around the questions.

Why do you immediately get so salty when you're asked to clarify your own statements? I have only asked you to expand on your own stated thoughts.

It's been clarified to you multiple times. You're agreeing with me in the first paragraph of this quoted post.

So the court agreed that banning abortion at 6 weeks violates the law. However, because the enforcement of this is civil and essentially deputized citizens to enforce this via civil penalty, removing the state, then three is no criminal violation of precedent.

This is nuts.
So essentially any state and circumvent rules against state power from the feds by simply assigning enforcement to private individuals.

Can I sue you if you arent vaccinated in California now?
This is primed for legal disaster when other states follow suit.

How will this impact the gun culture?

Give it a rest, Wile E.
I'm only asking you to clarify our justify YOUR OWN statements. It's not on me if you are completely and utterly unable to do so.

Who is putting this legislation at Joe Biden's feet?

Should this be placed at his feet, do you think?

What does this law have to do with Biden?

Where did he fail in allowing this to pass the Texas Senate, and what should he have done to stop it?

If you can't answer any of this, that is not on me I'm afraid. You are the one who made the initial statement, after all.
