Are you really stupid enough to think that supporting mask mandates = fear?
When it comes to masking children it’s literally the word used to describe what teachers are feeling in almost every article on the subject.

Teachers fear for safety
In many states, teachers lobbied to be among the first to be vaccinated after health care workers and nursing home residents. But they also argue the vaccines alone are not enough to open schools. They want low levels of community spread. They want as many school staffers as possible vaccinated, which could take months. And they want assurances that schools won’t relax masking, physical distancing and other safety measures. “We’ve had concerns about some districts being more lax even before the vaccine,” said Scott DiMauro, president of the Ohio Education Association, the state’s largest teachers union.

Who said I was a teacher? I'm not. I work in an office.

I'm not worried about the effects covid would have on me. I'm young and healthy enough and I've recently tested positive for Ig antibodies.

The only way to beat this pandemic is through vaccination and (until we reach a high enough rate of vaccination) mitigation of spread. The best way to mitigate transmission indoors is through mask mandates.

That's why I support mask mandates for people of all ages.

Nobody said you were a teacher
they are the leading party for masking kids. Maybe you don’t “fear” them but the teachers do.

What is your problem with putting masks on kids? It doesn't have any negative health effects.

Nothing surprising about this coming from team fuck your freedom
I dunno... Normally people who own properties want to make money by keeping people in them. Now... This could be a creative way to get some slow payers or unsavory tenants out. Or maybe they want to get them out so they can either do some updating or an aggressive rent hike?

That would make more sense.

But empty units equals empty pockets.

It will certainly fill up with those who want a completely vaccinated society...Maybe he can also charge more for that Feature/requirement.

As society becomes divided on this issue I expect to see the ridiculous become normal...both ways.

Maybe the "landlord" is being compensated for his grandstanding by somebody with interest in fueling a divide.

We are in strange times my friend.

There is a few places here not following the state mask mandates, I have been supporting them...we will become a society divided in many places(probably not in largely "red" states though)

I am not surprised is all I can say, very few things make sense nowadays.

But you have to wait until a lease is up for that.
I found an article about it. People are treating it like an eviction, but it's just that they won't renew a lease that's up. The guy had 12-15 tenants die already and a bunch of others got sick.

A lease has a term, so this is the cake problem again, except with greater consequences. Doesn't sound like it's an eviction in the legal sense.

How many tenants does this landlord have?
