You make it out of bread dough. Shape it and drop it a pan of hot vegtable oil. It floats in there till one side is golden Brown, then you flip it. Its all in the dough. You need a good recipe. She makes it perfect, soft, light, fluffy, n hot. Put your beef n whatever on it and devour. I like lettuce,black olive, green peppers, jalapeño, sour cream, shredded cheese.
Its easy to fuck up. Some people never get it right. When it's wrong it hard and chewy. A lot of people are lazy and buy frozen bread dough and cook that. Its never good that way. People get reptations for their fry bread on the rez.lol

Indians across the nation enjoy this stuff. Recipes are passed down generations. Its a symbol of unity for the native people. Its not just for tacos. You can eat it hot with butter and sugar. Its also supposed to be high in calories and fat.haha Vendors have it at every powwow.
