I had a feeling we weren’t going to be able to fill the league through TMMAC. So I had to go get random bitches for us to beat up on.

Weekly. Sometimes twice a week.
There is a “start active players” button you can hit that plugs all your players in to their applicable starts for the week. Then you really just let it run. To stay competitive you’d have to keep on eye out for major injuries so you aren’t down a player for a long period.
I'm in the same boat, but fuck it. It's something to do with some peeps. Everyone knows Ontarians are the best sports pickers. I'd have to assume that Michiganders get some rub by snuggling up close and sharing some lakes.
Draft date and time are not set in stone.
