That's correct. The general difference is going to be that government spending is hilariously wasteful and theh often pay amount of money for things no rational person would because the businesses they procure from recognize how irresponsibly they spend money.

I wouldn't be opposed to taxation if taxpayer dollars weren't constantly wasted on stupid things and then tades raised to be used for things that actually meet the publics needs.

I'm not so sure, in my experience every place with a lot of funds is susceptible for waste. It depends on the people in charge really.
It's not like anybody really needs the big superyachts either, for example. And there wouldn't be less of them I suppose.
