Yes, unequivocally.
Yes, unequivocally.
No lol, of course not.
No.I’m sure this has been discussed, but I didn’t know he was 17. Are you allowed to own a gun as a minor?
You forgot the ' multiple timesI dont doubt Kyle goes free. Doesnt take away from the fact he was in the wrong and a retard for going out of his way to put himself in that situation.
When you call someone stupid, you should avoid making grammatical mistakes.
Because we live in reality.it's an objective fact. The police didn't stop anyone involved in that situation from walking around with firearms after curfew.
they allowed it.
Nothing to do with his opinion on this but I just don’t like him. He moves like he’s constantly flexing his muscles. It’s annoying.
If he does that again without telling us what happened, pink him!Cliffs?
Isn't a strawman purchase of a firearm illegal?he didn't own it. He gave his friend money to buy it until he was 18, and then his friend would sell it back to him.
same thing parents do when little Timmy saves up enough $$ for his first shotgun when he's 14.
Basically questioning witnesses reason for laywering up after giving video evidenceCliffs?
yes, but the weapon was purchased for his use, not for his possession.Isn't a strawman purchase of a firearm illegal?
If you allow a minor to a shoot a gun and you aren't the parent (or parent isn't there for consent/supervision) you should go to jail.yes, but the weapon was purchased for his use, not for his possession.
that's the grey line that usually determines prosecution of straw purchases.
why? all the parents you know are responsible? If you allow a minor to a shoot a gun and you aren't the parent (or parent isn't there for consent/supervision) you should go to jail.
IMO
so why is only Kyle charged?Because we live in reality.
In reality, cops don't have infinite resources, they aren't all-powerful, they are assigned jobs according to priority, and they work in a co-ordinated fashion.
There were hundreds (or thousands) of people out on the streets, many of them committing violent crimes.
Everywhere a cop looked that night, he could see people doing shit they weren't allowed to do. Including a lot of serious property damage, arson, and violent assault.
See this police truck driving past Kyle?
Lights and sirens means a dispatcher has assigned them a job. They are on their way somewhere specific, to respond to a specific and prioritised call.
You think they're going to see him, stop the truck, load him into the truck, and abandon the job they're on their way to so they can take him away to be processed?
Or maybe carry him around in the back of the truck until they can deal with him?
That's not how this works in a state of emergency, it's just as simple as that.
??
the article also misses the point that all digital software adds 'filler' pixels to scale the image, and makes decisions on how to represent pixels and positions. it's really minor, but it could easily change the placement of a pixel relative to the ones around it. The program is trying to retain perfect pixel recreation, but that's only possible if it can change the number of pixels on its screen.
no, this is literally what I've been saying since the beginning. Is this you saying you were......Mistaken?
Tell me you don’t know what an apostrophe is called without telling me you don’t know what an apostrophe is called. You forgot the ' multiple times
brevity is the soul of witTell me you don’t know what an apostrophe is called without telling me you don’t know what an apostrophe is called.
That would be up to your parents I would think.why? all the parents you know are responsible?
i can't hunt deer on the family property when I'm 14?
exactly. just let parents parent. if your kid is responsible enough to go to Kenosha at 17 with an AR and sit on a truck hood without starting shit, and just rendering first aid to anyone who needs it, then you should give your kid an AR and send him on his way. That would be up to your parents I would think.
I'm talking about an adult allowing someone else's child to handle/use a firearm. It should be against the law.why? all the parents you know are responsible?
i can't hunt deer on the family property when I'm 14?
no, this is literally what I've been saying since the beginning.
it's what the defense was saying, and that the onus was on the prosecution to demonstrate otherwise, since the prosecution introduced the evidence that software could use AI to redraw/refocus video.
I don't recall first aid needing an AR.exactly. just let parents parent. if your kid is responsible enough to go to Kenosha at 17 with an AR and sit on a truck hood without starting shit, and just rendering first aid to anyone who needs it, then you should give your kid an AR and send him on his way.
