Why are you being like this an hour from jeebus day
I just worshipped the cycle of light and dark on the solstice
Im not a doctor. I’m not an infectious disease expert. I’m not a scientist. Am I a skeptical person? Yes. Do I like what’s happening, and the regulations that are in place? Fuck no. Do I think there are a lot of inconsistencies in the regulations? Fuck yes.

However, the best I can do for myself is listen to what the majority of experts are saying. Can I “look into” things? Absolutely. Does that mean I’m going to understand it and not misinterpret it? Absolutely not. Again, I must yield to what the majority of experts are saying. Are there experts who disagree with the majority? Yeah. Are they right? I don’t know. All I can do is listen to the vast majority of experts.

This is just a friendly reminder to not let your ego get the best of you. Chances are, you’re not an expert. I don’t believe I’ve said this in a while, but… If you’re not an expert, you can have an opinion. But you should probably just shut the fuck up. Does that mean you shouldn’t question things? No. But you should probably yield to what the vast majority of what experts are saying. There’s nothing dumber than two dummies arguing with each other when they really don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about.

Stop being silly fucks.
What do you do if the doctors you know in person have vastly differing opinions and interpretations of the data and "science"?

Do you defer to an internet doctor you have never met or confirmed?

They were 95% right a day early. It's a pretty good prediction. And really just not a good example to show experts missing the mark.

Beyond that how are you ignoring the way media works so hard? This is considerably more about the article framing the panel than the panel which we don't have many quotes from.

It seems pretty obvious that there was a round table going on and someone said "we could see 10,000" without intervention as part of a larger conversation. And you have.
They also state that with big intervention daily case counts could still hit record levels by new years. Which they already have.

You're taking a headline, worrying about 95% not being 100% and then ignoring that it's a distilled article not quotes with an attention grabbing headline.

For all the things that have been wrong with real effects (locking down too early and too late would be great examples where we killed people with bad predictions) this seems a strange thing to stand on.
I'm very aware of how media works. The advisory table members throw themselves in front of a camera at every opportunity and never correct the media when they run with sensationalized headlines like this.

It's also not a day early, I don't know why you keep saying that.

if the doctors you know have a different opinion than the majority of other doctors/experts around the world, I would probably seek another opinion. That being said, I would not fault you for listening to their advice. They are after all, a doctor.

I listen to the doctors I know in person (my primary care physician), because they have more knowledge on the subject than I do. I am free to seek a second opinion, but I trust what my doctor is telling me.

I agree with you. Unfortunately most of the appointed public health officials aren't actually experts in their fields. That's why they aren't raking in that private sector cash.

My brother is on day 5 of covid, variant unknown but likely Omicron as that's what's spreading here and because he hasn't lost his sense of taste or smell.

Says he's feeling worse today than yesterday (which was worse than the day before yesterday).

Edit - said it's just a sore throat and head cold. His second dose of Moderna was September 29.

A Majority opinion there is not, unless you believe what message the MSM is providing.
That is my point.

I'm not an expert and there isn't one on this forum from what I can tell.

But there is a majority opinion. I don’t listen to msm.
There really isn't.
What there is, is a helluva lot of censorship.

You are likely dismissing a lot of what is posted that counters or doesn't completely follow the consensus you believe exists, that doesn't make that information invalid or incorrect.

But what do the ACTUAL experts say?
I've personally posted what the experts say, the very best ones.
One of them the inventor of mrna technology. One of them the former Pfizer VP. Two of them the founders of the FLCCC. One head virt. spokesman for the Children's Health Defense Ministry. One the top/most published cardiologists on planet earth. And they've been canceled.
Repeatedly for a year they & thousands of specialists say the same thing:
If you're under 60 with no underlying co-morbidities, do not even consider participating in this phase of the trial.
There could not be any more red flags, not least of which by any metric, including the CDC & WHO's OWN DATA, plainly and clearly stating it is the most deadly & dangerous "vaccine" ever devised, more than all others combined.
If that alone doesn't make it obvious, then your decision is your decision, and you're being coerced illegally with zero informed consent & zero recourse to inject something into your body solely to keep a particular job or lifestyle.
So unless your a billionaire who can't pay for it to be undone, maybe it's worth weighing.

BTW, we're all in the same boat as you, not one of us is a specialist & we're all being coerced, looking for answers.

@Splinty just dropped off a z pack to my brother. Should help with some of the symptoms of omicron, right?

while there was hope that the interleukin inhibition via azithromycin would help shorten or prevent worsening of covid19, it has not been borne out in data and is ineffective at best or perhaps dangerous in older patients who are more likely to have cardiac risk from the use
