Why do people hate science lately?
It's the reason you can take medication to make you better. The reason you can microwave your burrito. The reason you can call in sick to work at the tech company that exists because of science. New discoveries every year, greater advances.

Can we please stop shitting on the single greatest method we've ever devised of sifting fact from fiction?

Science is an incredibly broad term. Give it some specificity!

If your Delta 88 is a POS, you don't say the automobile industry is garbage and not to be trusted.
Unfortunately, science deals in reality.

And reality has a well-known Liberal bias.

Politics wise, you are an actual simpleton. Literally every single thing you post is absolutely infantile. Might as well be interacting with a 15 year old.

??
This post would work better if you didn't consistently espouse the political views of a high schooler.

Oh yeah.

Because every single one of my political posts is one line of smug binary nothing that I absolutely refuse to expand on, provide any nuance to, or address any obvious problems with, right?

??
It's always much longer than one line, but the rest of the post is extremely accurate.

Another very mature, non-high school-esque take. You're on a real roll today.
Hey, tell me again how popular you are here, and how I'm a loser and everyone hates me, how you and your mates gossip about me in PMs, and how I better watch myself because you can pink me if you want because you're a big man on campus here.

High school bitchy girl shit, mate.

What are "Things that John Lee Pettimore @John Lee Pettimore made up"?

Pettimore
You said that ten months ago, you don't remember? I'm apparently expected to remember every single one-line meaningless, blanket statement of nothing that you ever made weeks or months ago and refused to follow up or expand on - you tell me that all the time, instead of answering simple fucking questions I ask you about your own statements. You can't do the same?

??

Not like you're going to honestly engage on this or any other political type topic, is it.
Just a reminder, here's how you started today's interaction:

Politics wise, you are an actual simpleton. Literally every single thing you post is absolutely infantile. Might as well be interacting with a 15 year old.

??
So please, spare me your "I'm just trying to have an honest conversation." routine.

How many times have I approached you in good faith? This place isn't a real-world social club to me. None of you are my friends and you never will be, you are all just words on a screen and that's fine. You don't have to agree with me on anything - online or IRL - for me to get along with you just fine. When everybody thinks the same and it's an echo chamber, it's boring.

I genuinely don't give a shit what anyone's stance on anything is. Just back it up with something, be willing to expand on what you've said, and attempt to acknowledge and address points that the other person made. That's it. I actually like it when rather than just simple chants or throwaway one-liners, someone backs their shit up and challenges me well enough that I re-think my initial stance and change it. As a couple of guys here did with the Kyle Rittenhouse case, for one example. Or diversity casting in the Wheel of Time series, for another. That's kind of the point of a discussion, isn't it?

I don't even understand how you can make a post like this when you have to be aware of your posting history.

p.s. You should probably should have read the TOS before signing up if you don't want this to be a social club or be friends with anybody.

Trump to elevate election deniers at Arizona rally

Team Trump's Murderer's Row...

  • The headliner, Kari Lake, who Trump endorsed for Arizona's gubernatorial race, told OAN she wouldn't have certified Biden as the victor if she'd been governor.
  • State Rep. Mark Finchem, Trump's endorsed candidate to oversee Arizona's elections as Secretary of State, not only denies the 2020 election result but attended "Stop the Steal" rallies in January.
  • Arizona Reps. Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs and Debbie Lesko all voted on Jan. 6 to object to the certification of Joe Biden's victory.
  • Kelli Ward, chair of Arizona's Republican Party, pushed the false conspiracy theory that foreign powers manipulated Dominion voting machines to secure Biden's election victory.
  • Boris Epshteyn, who co-hosts Steve Bannon's podcast, uses his platform to promote Trump's claims about a stolen election.
  • And Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow, is arguably even more committed than Trump is to overturning the 2020 election. He says he has spent $25 million so far on his campaign to undermine and subvert the election.
  • The one outlier in the speaking line-up is Alveda King, who is Martin Luther King Jr.'s niece. She is an outspoken Trump supporter, but unlike the other speakers, has not made it her mission to overturn the 2020 election.

World record, beating a dead horse. No one respects the people he elevates.

The longest, most documented L in US presidential history keeps going and going and going

Yah

Meanwhile back in the real world, Pence's former Chief of Staff testified before the January 6 committee.

And it looks like Trump was actually involved in directing Giuliani to call the Justice Department and ask that voting machines be seized.

Donald Trump tried to rig the election. No one else.
