That's not always a compliment. Although I'm sure Trump made it sound like "Their guy is smarter than our guy" - which is irresponsible.

I was reading the story of Eastern Ukrainians being told to evacuate by Russia and come over the border because of ongoing fighting and they were all like um, no one has been in this village in weeks. Wtf y'all talking about? And Russia was like no, you must go now because of the bombs and gunfire and they were like there hasn't been so much as a gunshot wtf? But the Russians had them pile into buses or hike across the border anyway then said, see we're making peace!

I was reading how their troops have to buy their own food at a lot of locations and how they’re all sleeping on train platforms and shit. Basically they have a few more days before they have to pull back from their new forward operating positions.
