So, reading comments on the Twitter feed pertaining to the Medical Documents posted- apparently the doctors they're asking for don't make sense for just wounded soldiers.
"I think it has got to be to send medical personnel to a planned occupied Ukraine. Provide Drs for the puppet regime they want to establish. The speciality list doesn’t make sense just for wounded soldiers."

"From February 1, 2022, for the first time in Russia, the national standard "Urgent burial of corpses in peacetime and wartime" is being introduced. It describes that the authorities must be prepared to bury thousands of people in mass graves."
Apparently some people are thinking it relates to using Chemical agents, tactical nukes or weaponize the Chernobyl plant in a way that may blow back towards Russia or affect Russian forces.
This is an attack of desperation, as previously discussed. The worse the battle goes on the ground, the more desperate Putin will become. Russia cannot sustain a protracted ground campaign and reports from major cities are that civil unrest is growing.
