0 jobs created since we took office. 678,000 jobs recovered that were shut down during the pandemic. We are rebounding from an economic shutdown and we are slowly making progress, but we still have a long way to go before we are even close to pre-pandemic levels.
She's largely full of shit, but she is definitely good at tossing together word salads on the fly and getting the last word in. She's misguided, but very bright.
I think she might be the only one in the Biden administration that is preventing the entire thing from crashing in upon itself.

Easy decision when when the gov't gives you 2 years of salary + an extra 600/wk + stimulus money.
Anyone who was thinking of retiring in 2022 or 2023 hasn't worked since 2020/21 and they had no intention of ever returning to the labor market. If they aren't looking for work, they don't count towards unemployment.
But..."Yey!" at Biden's "historically low" unemployment numbers. It's a result of how that number is calculated, not a measurement of how healthy the economy is - which is what he's attempting to claim. It's politi-speak nonsense.
Anecdotal, but I know a bunch of people who were "a couple years from retirement", my dad being one of them, and when COVID started killing people in the 50+ crowd they were just like "Fuck it." and hung it up.
And I don't blame them at all.
And I don't fault the gov't for the stimulus - although I do think they kept it active too long.
