How is that even close to being necessary?
Even without retaliatory strikes, I'd imagine 100 would effectively end humanity - including the country that launched the bombs.
Oh well. A solid nuclear winter will stop global warming in it's tracks. So we got that going for us - which is nice.

The Russians are now saying that the biolabs in Ukraine deliberately started the Covid-19 pandemic, sending infected bats and rodents around the world, funded by the US. They also state that this makes both Ukraine and the US liable for compensation to the rest of the world for the financial damage done to their economies.
