sorry, i shouldve added the main point

i just heard that Putin is claiming that Ukraine is going to use bio/chemical weapons. supposedly, Putin said the same thing in another country before using them himself (syria)

so he may be following the same path as before:

- accuse other country of using chemical weapons
- then use them himself

Yeah Assad used it differently.

Putin used ammonia to 'smoke' out about 100k of civilians from Rubble basements in Allepo. Just like maruiaple ( sic) now it's the only way he knows.

Im sure he used it it in grozny for the same purposes too.
