You asked what adequately clean looks like to me. I answered. If there are dead people listed on voters rolls (there are), and someone is casting ballots in their name (which happens)...then it needs to be addressed & fixed. I am not a state legislator, so I can't speak to how that gets done. Whatever it takes is my philosophy.

I'm still interested to know what percentage of votes are "dead voters"...to me, it's not enough to really matter in an election.

I think it's more telling that all of your other solutions involve disenfranchising the working poor from the vote.
From where I sit, it doesn't look like you're as interested in making sure everyone gets a vote as you are in making sure that only "the right people" get to vote.
