you make your selections on a screen, it prints it out, you verify and sign, then run it through the tabulator.

Some of the machines needed the printer settings adjusted for the tabulators to read the ballots consistently.

you're not allowed to photograph or video at polling stations because it conflicts with the premise of an anonymous vote, and can be used to intimidate voters.

no, especially since I lived in OR and knew of at least two states (OR and WA) that mailed out ballots.
First is to understand that we're talking out 6% of the states. Then we can look at those states and see how prevalent fraud is in those states to determine if "mailing out ballots en mass" is a danger at the municipal/state/federal level.

You asked him which states were just mailing them out en masse. He gave you a list. Anything beyond that is a different question.

I always watch John King on election night because he's the gold standard on the map. MSNBC's Kornaki or however you spell his name is getting better though and gets some respect by some on the right...
