Made an tasty green bean casserole.
Used butter, lemon & thyme to distinct the shrooms before merging.
And crisped the onion topping the old fashioned way.

Chicken breasts cut into strips, marinaded in Tequila, fresh lime juice of 2 juicy limes, 1 garlic clove pressed, and soaked for 2 hours, skewered, cooked at 425 for a half hour, and brushed with a glaze of barely any spicy bbq sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, cracked black pepper, and olive oil when I flipped them at 15 minutes.
Sliced and diced, then out into flour tortillas with black beans (drained, cooked, salted, peppered, crushed garlic clove), sour cream, grated cheddar, sour cream, and soaked with tobasco.

I’d get down on that.Obviously I'm not into presentation or #plating ...I'm just a simple man who enjoys cajun eggs over easy with a simple grilled onion & mushroom 4-cheese turkey spinach ensemble. Of course imported greek olives add to any dish, & offset various heirlooms present, but that's just trivial when compared to say...eggo waffles, a TRUE masterpiece.
