Here, anyone and everyone who goes to a doctor, clinic, urgent care, or emergency room with any cold or flu symptoms, they get a flu test.
I'm sure you're aware that the vast majority of people who get a cold or flu, do not seek treatment for it in a clinical setting.

That being said, even when I've had to be treated for a flu in a clinical setting, I still didn't get a flu test. I literally don't know a single person who has ever been tested for flu. I can find lots of people who will tell me they know a bunch of people who've been tested for flu, but that's clearly questionable third hand information.

Here's a 2020 article that explains why flu death data is for all practical purposes, complete horseshit:

To be fair, my wife has went and got tested twice so far this year. I told her she's wasting her time. Take some Thera-Flu, Mucinex, Vit C/D, Zinc and get some rest. She tested negative both times.

So even in this case where its your wife being tested, they're still coming back negative; which is another piece of supporting evidence that flu isn't statistically running rampant.

My overarching point is that the stats they keep are bullshit. We've watched them do it repeatedly throughout covid. So people now looking at one (flu) and going "Look flu is way up outta nowhere!!!" is in a word, ridiculous.

They use bullshit stats to come up with flu numbers. When they needed bullshit number for covid they stopped counting everything that they didn't know what it was as flu, and started counting it as covid. Now that covid is over (as per Joe Biden) they're back to making bullshit stats for flu. All of these official numbers are just bullshit.

Don't know about down there, but up here "RSV" is all the rage. We don't even have a test for it, and people are just self diagnosing, and in some cases being told by their doctors it's what they have even though it's basically a childhood illness.

Agree. The stats they allegedly keep are there to push narratives and sell vaccines. I just find it funny that flu cases went from 38m pre-covid to 1900 during Covid, and Covidians still argue to this day there wasn't total fuckery going on. They know it. They just will never admit it because that requires them to say out loud that they were duped (it happens to everyone at some point) by Govt/Media/Celebs, apologizing to those they demonized for not buying into it, and learning from it so it doesn't happen to them the next time.

That would mean even more people have the flu and doesn’t go towards your argument.

A licensed medical doctor treated you for the flu without doing a one dollar 10 minute test?

That is unheard of here.

This must be a cultural thing. One symptom here, ONE, and you’re getting a q-tip shoved up your nose.

Also, here a large number of employers require a “doctor’s excuse” for missing work so a lot of our cold/flu visits are for that reason.

When I would work in the direct care (fast track) area in the ER I would do 10-20 flu tests a day during flu season.

Canada doesn’t have a test for RSV? And apparently no dollar tree flu tests either?

What kind of shit show are y’all running up there?

Rapid tests are notoriously unreliable so we don't recognize them. Except of course for COVID. Because everything for COVID.

That would mean even more people have the flu and doesn’t go towards your argument.
It demonstrates that the statistics are derived and not actually collected.

And my point is, they didn't actually.

Covidians still argue to this day there wasn't total fuckery going on.
Every medical appointment they ask "and has your child had all eligible doses of COVID vaccine?"

We live in a city where last I checked no one under 10 had died of COVID and they're still pedaling that fucking thing.

Ha,I think I tested positive for this shit about a week ago.I had a small drop in energy.

Needed to show two red lines for being positive & I had a red & a black line.
