Do you think the USA has anything even close to a free market in healthcare? It's the single most regulated market in the USA.
You can remove 90% of the regulations and it's still nothing close to a free market and still probably the most regulated market.

If it's from a hostel he could have been seen leaving in the early morning, not necessarily caught on camera at the desk.

Given that the clothes and backpack are totally different, the main similarities I can see between the two pics are that he's got white skin, and possesses two eyes, and a nose.
