I honestly don't feel bad for anyone that choses to live in or visit that city anymore.
What the hell is someone gonna do who has no options ans relies on the public transportation? Don't say just move, cause that's easier said than done for many. It's a glaring dereliction of duty by the city. They need more security, and zero tolerance for pieces of shits ruining it for everyone. Of course the problem is its not a handful of people you have to worry about. The numbers of problematic people is high.
