Sure but gender is the closest of any demographic metric.
So you can't blame gender without first blaming race, religion, etc.
It's part of the problem for sure... But it also puts downward pressure on wages so locals who do get hired get hired for less.
It's actually better for the country if they can't fill every job vacancy.
not only do the jeets work for less ...the government subsidizes their wages . so why would a employer hire you for 25 bucks an hour when they can hire harpinder singh for 17.50 and the govt pays 30-50% of the wages. throw that in with rich jeets buying up businesses and only employing other jeets and they have taken over entire industries . i cant remember ever seeing a white kid deliver food for years , all the fast food employees are jeets , most of the trucking industry are jeets ....they get in there and have a weird form of jeet nepotism where they only hire other lower caste subservient jeets that know their place and are willing to work for peanuts . it is a disaster on many fronts . now we have like 5-10 million extra people in the country....we didnt build 5 million new homes.we didnt build new hospitals or increase our police forces proportionately to account for the population increase . now you cant get a doctor.some places have a 10 year wait. immigration court has a 10 year backlog . bringing in all these street shitting fucks has screwed our country up in so many ways it is unfathomable . now every entry level job a young person or semi retired person would usually have is taken by a shit skin foreigner . not to mention they have brought with them old world beefs and now its a common occurrence to have khalistani sikhs having stick fights vs pro india hindus in the streets . it is way more trouble than it is worth
There absolutely is room for some talented high skilled immigration, but I think h1-b visa has been super abused and numbers should be like 1/10th what they are.
Just like in Canada we should be bringing in 50-100k perm residents a year (with specific skills) rather than 500k and we have a bunch of loopholes in Canadian immigration system that needs to be closed. Chain immigration is a big problem. For 1 qualified immigrant we might bring over 5-10 unqualified leeches who just eat government resources.
Why should you be able to bring your elderly sick parents into the country to abuse our healthcare system in their final years where they only take and don't contribute.

this. they let a guy in and even if he is a doctor or engineer( he is not) now he can bring in his family....indian families are like 40 people . they bring over their elderly parents and grand parents who are adrain on our medical system...a system they have never contributed to . they bring over kids or they breed them here and send them to our schools ...that they have never contributed to . indians are a burden on our society. you cant tell me that there arent engineers and doctors in romania, germany, ukraine etc that would have a better life in canada and only bring a fraction of the burdens on our system. less kids. smaller family , compatible culture and religion etc . why do they all have to be from rural punjab?
I've got East Asian friends in tech who tell me that the "curry ceiling" is real. They claim then can outwork most of the Indians, but the Indians are better at ass kissing and networking, so they get the promotions and when they do, they block everyone, white and Asian, and hire only other Indians.
