And these one's just needed diapers for their kids. Why buy it when you can just steal from others?
It occurs to me that there's an obvious difference between stealing from an individual and stealing from a corporation that has shoplifting insurance that's accounted for in their prices and takes handouts from our governments to enrich themselves.

I'm just not a fan of stealing in general. When goods are stolen from stores, insurance goes up, prices go up...we, law abiding citizens, end up paying for it. But that's pretty much the norm now, isn't it.

Oh, it's fine... they have insurance!

I don't disagree. But also, the shit Walmart and the government have been pulling over the last few years leaves me feeling little empathy for them.

Yeah fuck Wal-Mart and Amazon, and many others. But first and foremost, something needs to be done about the crime. It's fucking pathetic that shit has to be locked up behind plexiglass, stores & restaurants have to close down in these Democrat run cities because crime has gotten so bad, and you can't even have diapers delivered to your house without some parasites running off with it. These motherfuckers have gotten way too brazen, entitled, and dangerous.

There are programs through which formula can be obtained for free or discounted.
Like buying baby formula that's been stolen on the street for a fraction of retail price.

Because a ton of the formula that's being stolen *isn't* being snatch & grabbed by moms with no $$$ - it's being pilfered by sleazeballs that turn around & sell it.

Speaking of sleazeballs - they steal shit like this, only to return it to stores with really slack return policiies to get the $$$ for it.

The idea that all the formula is being stolen by poor moms is naive & stupid.

Seems obvious that this is happening because we aren't doing something about both at the same time.

I think we need to build 200 prison barges that house 5000 inmates each, park them off the east & west coasts, and fill them with criminals that are stealing, looting, raping, murdering, and terrorizing American cities. Let's start there, so law abiding citizens can buy groceries that aren't behind plexiglass, and go out in public without fear of being car jacked, catching a stray bullet, or murdered. It could be done in 30 days.

Once that's accomplished, tackle the white-collar criminals, which is a must more complex issue.

Chicken or the egg. I'd start by picking the low hanging fruit, with an initiative to get as many these lowlifes as possible off the streets in say 90 days. Go into these cities and clean fucking house. That's a much easier task than Big Corp & Wall Street corruption. Not saying it doesn't need to be addressed, because it does, big time...it's just going to take more time.

Add the Cartels as well, which are also a big part of the problem. I think we're going to see them dismantled.

This store is in an extremely low crime suburb. When they involved themselves with the governments gray market Indian labor scheme, they canned most of their staff in favor of subsidized people that don't give a fuck as long as they don't have to go back to India. Turns out the magnetic security stickers don't work very well when you don't have anyone working the door because you fired them to save a buck.

Stealing a non-luxury good to feed a baby is 100% more "acceptable parenting" than letting the baby starve.
Apparently you don’t grasp that people will walk into a store and load a cart with something and walk out with it like it’s theirs to take. They then sell stuff like this to people in their ‘hood for a fraction of retail at 100% profit. The people who buy it use the public assistance money they save on it to buy cigarettes, lotto tix and fried chicken and the retailer has to eat it. Eventually the retailer goes out of business and they piss and moan that they no longer have anyone to steal from and libtards dub that area a “food desert” rale against retailers for not having stores there. This is the alternative solution.
