Texas and Penn State have the chance to do the funniest thing of all time.

Not sure how. PSU was ranked ahead of ND all year. They have the better QB and a strong running game. If Carter plays, PSU has the best offensive and defensive player in that game. We’ll see. ND is tough and doesn’t beat themselves. Will have to play our best game.
