So you just want everyone living in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Missouri, Florida, Ohio and Texas to move?
Send a few riders to California, you guys can teach them how to clear brush and dig a trench.

Then they can impart upon you their structural engineering techniques that will help add some survivability to your homes, lol.

Depends which runs he is talking about.
Long way to transport that water though.

Those reservoirs aren't the solution IMO. The solution is not sucking the lower quarter of that state dry to feed a population far to big for it's britches.

Wind and fire like that can't really be fought with water spread via man, it takes a change in conditions or not building in places where fire rips thru seasonally.

These aren't poor peoples homes these are mansions in Pacific palisades or the valley soros doesn't exploit rich folks nor would he gain much in going after these burned mansions.
Ya, but insurance cancelled everyone a few months ago
