Damn, illl get pics of the process next time so I can contribute better.
Made Thai spring rolls and Tom yum soup
Cooking down the filling
Then rolled into pastry and fried.
Cooking area a mess as I just put it down to take a pic.
.
Soup, but didn't have pics of the progress.
Got to get up on some galanga for this recipe.
Lentils! good stuff.
Personally I either eat purpose specific food, like egg whites and mixed veggies
Filet of pork (tenderloin), salt, pepper, oregano, parsley butter. This tastes better than ribeye IMO but ribeye has that softness that is matched only by filet mignon (beef tenderloin). Only the best cuts for this gentleman!
LOLOLFor those who havent ventured into the developing world yet street food is sold by street vendors and can be amazingly good
Really? Ive eaten in Thailand, Singers, Malaysia and Fiji and never once had an issue except in Pattaya Thailand where I bought a Kebab from some Iranians are had the mild shits. I had to send @Galt out by himself that night while I recovered in bed while getting blown for 3 hours by two sluts, poor girls, pretty sure I had swamp ass IIRC.LOLOL
I have had many nights in Mexico where I was eating the best, most questionable, street meat / food. the next day I feel like I am going to die of dysentery...but hey, cest la vie.
Yes! Portland has some of the best food carts around.Does anyone want to see a street food thread?
For those who havent ventured into the developing world yet street food is sold by street vendors and can be amazingly good, in some cases better than restaurant fare at a fraction of the price and some of the vendors showcase incredible skills when preparing your dish.
Its also a lot of fun replicating these at home, At my sons 5th Bday party we did a mock fried rice stand for the kids and another Som Tum (Spicy papaya salad) for the grown ups as well as whiskey buckets for the grown ups who kicked on later that night.
Im sure @Galt @Bluesville @Splinty would have a lot to offer too. Sorry If I missed anyone.

Galt ended up running through a hotel lobby naked that night for some reason.
Good times...
Using my savvy negotiation skills I had gotten this chicken head down to 400 baht for long-time
I've gotten started on a few but never gotten past a 100 pages or so. I guess that's why I should write eh.Write a damn book. And that has to be the opening line.

Last time in Pattaya I strolled through soi 6 but it was too late and there wasn't much talent. I saw two ladyboys though who seemed interested but I am not into that, despite them looking damn hot most of the times.Write a damn book. And that has to be the opening line.
Looks like cock and ball meat
Venison steak & scrambled eggs
Season the steak with salt & pepper. Put oil in a cast iron pan and get it hot as hell. The steaks are thin, so they took around 45-60 seconds per side. Let it rest before cutting into it.
Heat some butter in a pot, crack a couple of eggs in, and crank the heat. Don't let the eggs stop moving, constantly stir. As it thickens and gets clumpy, remove from the heat and keep stirring as the eggs cook in their own heat. As it stops thickening return to the heat. Repeat until the eggs are cooked. Remove from heat and stir in some feta cheese to lower the temp of the eggs so they stop cooking.
Serve. I was going to add some cilantro, but it looks like it is time to toss the stuff I have. The venison came out juicy as fuck. Kick ass breakfast!
That's what I thought when I looked at it too. I guess it was just a great angle.Looks like cock and ball meat
*licks air*
Jokes aside it looks good. Love venison. Especially wild caught we are too used to bland factory farm meat. Love the gamey stuff. That's what I thought when I looked at it too. I guess it was just a great angle.
