Weidman fighting at only 10-20% still took the first round against Rockhold pretty decisively.
If Chris is at least 80% for the rematch, Luke doesn't have a prayer.

Jacare should fight first. Bisping should rematch Anderson, that was a bizzare fight all together. You can't base a title shot off of that. After he beats Anderson his case for a title shot could never be stronger.

He lost his last fight to a guy who's looking at a PED suspension. It's also a fight that a lot of people think he won.
Same could be said for Bisping vs Sonnen but a loss is a loss.
I say give him the shot. I can't think of a fighter outside of Tibau that has more fights without a title shot. Will he win? Most likely not but when you look at the losses on his record they are mostly to known TRT users and roiders. If anyone deserves it it's him. Faber gets about 3 title shots a year so why not let Bisping get one to round out his hall of fame career. Yeah, I said it.
TUF 3 champ, top 10 fighter his whole career in two different weight classes, when he retires he will have more wins in the UFC than possibly any fighter in the history of the organization (currently one behind GSP), he helped grow the sport in Europe.
For the people that want to shit on him, his UFC record is 18-7, Machida is 14-7, Nate Diaz is 14-8, Matt Hughes is 18-7, BJ Penn is 12-9. No, he did not only beat cans.

I have nothing against him but he is like that guy you go to see because he's the local fighter, kind of like the fights I went to the other night. I agree with some of your reasoning but I think your comparisons (Diaz being the exception) are off. Silva is by far his best win but he beat him outside of the Matrix.
When did that happen? I don't remember them corroborating his story. If they did, he'd be cleared.
