Is it normal for married German couples to shit on each other's chests?

Apparently yes, haha.

I don't think I ever met a Fijian, but Its not like I have to keep track where everybody comes from specifically.
Most Asians I meet are Chinese who come here to study, and some others here and there. The Chinese are a mix of modern ones and some who just keep to themselves, the Koreans are pretty western. Met some Philippinos, Vietnamese, Thais and a dude from Tonga (which is not Asia I guess, but aren't Fijians kinda close to them?).
Vietnamese who live here are the ones to go to when you want cheap cigs, they kinda have a monopoly on that.
And yeah a lot of Asians run restaurants or nail salons. Thai massage is a thing too.

There is this one little thing in a mall here, they do all kind of SE-Asian cuisine, so no idea where they really come from, but the dude that runs it (with his family), has literally 20cm long hairs coming out of a mole on his face. Cute.

Look at him, big politician, he was part of the goverment for several years and even vice-chancellor:

The hat is just what we give to Asian males so they know their place as jesters.

She is a well known actress, if that helps:

And/or living in the past? Lol at him using the same minesweeper-example now as 30 years ago and his machine-talk. Is that all he got?

Your continued point is "why would anyone believe what he is saying."

I gave a great example of why someone can trust his position.

You switch gears from your argument implying "you can't trust his words" to focusing on his positions are wrong.

You're being a contrarian and changing another reason you don't like Donald Trump.

I didn't debate you on his positions. You disagree with most of them. I'm not trying to convince you why you should like him.

I gave an example on why any of us might consider trusting that he means what he says

Changing? Eh?
I don't know if I like him or not, I don't like the style of his campaign.

Contrarian to this, yep. It balances you being nuthuggers who grasp at straws.
So something he didn't like 30 years ago he still doesn't like now, okay. Sounds, you know, normal. But here it is 'a good example of his leadership qualities' or whatever else positive you want to tell yourself. That he is still using the same examples though.. good sign he knows what is going on currently?

I didn't debate you on his positions. You disagree with most of them. I'm not trying to convince you why you should like him.
We haven't even talked about a lot of his positions. But yeah, you don't answer to real negative things other posters point out either. The climate-change stuff will all work itself out magically, it seems. He will be a hard-ass on the stuff you like to hear him say though, right?

I gave an example on why any of us might consider trusting that he means what he says
Fair enough. I didn't try to diminish the original point in that, note that I started it with 'And'.

When its negative, 'its only posturing'. When its positive its the best thing ever since sliced bread though. So yeah, being contrary to that kinda comes natural. I just don't like propaganda, don't take it personal.

If the board was so blindly pro-Hillary, I'd go against that too. Nobody cares about her though. ;)

I'm not trying to convince you of anything. You are wanting to tell me why he is wrong or why I should disagree with him. I gave that up after about two posts a while ago.

I just don't care that much, frankly. I only responded where I thought you had a an interest in WHY we think the the way we do. But then you call me a nuthugger for telling you the things I support of why I believe I have any faith in his words.

The Trump thread is a fun Trump virtual rally. I'm only in here because it's TQN (who I love to see give and get online Jimmy rustling). I have backed off the serious conversation and you are making reference to things others have said, not me.

We haven't even talked about a lot of his positions.
Exactly.

I'll tell you why I support Trump winning. But I'm not trying to get you to agree. Not my worry. I know your positions of many topics. Trump isn't ever going to support many of them. I don't want him to either.

Rather to think about it carefully and not just gobble it up. That doesn't go for anyone personally though, and I'm sure on some issues you did the brainwork anyway.
When I talk about the punitive tariffs for example, I just throw in what I think would be problems with that, that doesn't mean its completely a bad idea or can't be fixed with some adjustments or approached differently. And maybe they are in the program, I don't know. I actually tried again, and still can't access that horrible homepage of Trump. If he runs your country like that homepage.. good lord! :p
So unless you guys engage in that conversation with me, I won't know any better, and I don't care enough either to watch hours of debates or whatever, should be clear. Nor, and I want to empathise this, do I trust our media on their assessment on Trump, they are clearly against him.

But then you call me a nuthugger for telling you the things I support of why I believe I have any faith in his words.
That wasn't based on our correspondence, rather than on the Trump-thread as a whole, including some of your posts there. You can't really go through that and deny that it reeks of nuthugging, whether meant seriously or not. Also, you are the nuthuggers and I am the contrarian, sounds fair, no? ;)

The Trump thread is a fun Trump virtual rally.
That is fine, and I actually didn't engage that much, but once in a while I might drop a grenade in. Thing is, fun is good, but at the end of the day, politics have real consequences.

I know your positions of many topics.
Don't think so really.

Its all good tho.
