Yeah but you're arguing a point I never made. I never said that Conor's stance was ideal for throwing the hardest leg kicks - obviously a more traditional muay thai/kickboxing stance is going to yield a harder leg kick than the hybrid karate-style Conor uses.
What you said was that Conor's stance eliminated his ability to throw leg kicks, and that simply isn't true (as he proved by throwing several hard leg kicks in their fight). Are they as hard as the one's RDA hit Diaz with? No, but they're solid and they will take their toll.
And again, he can change his stance and balance to throw a leg kick in a fraction of a second, and switch back to his normal stance. In the first fight, you can see all the energy he just pissed away by throwing wild and going for spinning back kicks. If he makes his energy work for him - putting money in the bank with a solid leg and body attack - he will win the rematch IMHO
