He has a point in a way but the company is making A LOT of money of the backs of fighters while sharing as little as possible, or so it seems.
A fighter's union may not be needed but fair compensation is.
Think of what the UFC would be if talented fighters stopped fighting for them and just did something else. That's a company that would still exist but lose all its prestige.
