Well not sure but I dont eat a lot of veggies, Im forever throwing out rotting fruit and veg from the crisper and read that frozen veggies have more vitamins due to being snap frozen just at the right time. They are also already cut up for me so there's that too.

Also i typically do fresh. But frozen isn't a bad back up. It's a great way to do sweet corn and such when it's out of season.

Ill do fresh if the veggies are the main dish like for curries but I use frozen for simple dishes like meat and 2 veg
Asian grocers are the ticket, they employ slave labor and pass the savings onto their customers.
When I used to go to the Korean grocers with my ex Id see middle aged women complain about the price or chilies, onion, chinese cabbage etc and the checkout slave would drop the price or throw in some free shit to shut them up
Haha good call. We have one of the largest farmers markets in the north east in my city. They have a few butchers there as well. Save so much when we go and get way better food. Plus there's a few kick ass food spots there.

Hey I always meant to ask how you found our produce here? Im guessing you mainly ate out but how does the quality and taste of our food stack up to back home? Ive found in some countries everyday things like carrots and beef taste different to home so always wondered about ours.

Well our garlic is almost entirely from Mexico, so were probably eating some of the same stuff.
